• cancel customer orders at our discretion.
Registration
You may register as a customer of the Website and as part of the registration process you will need to select a password which is in accordance with our password policy. You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or access to your password. We would be storing your information to be able to make your experience with our brand better.
Account deactivation
If you wish to deactivate your account, you may do so by contacting our customer service team to submit a request. Account deactivation requests are processed within 48 hours.
Shipping
Please note that if a package is not collected or if it is refused, we reserve the right to charge you for the shipping costs of returning items via shipping company.
The shipping cost is stated upon approval of your order during the purchase process. Domestic shipping costs are automatically calculated during the online purchase based on the order value. For undelivered packages, Zea uniforms reserves the right to charge a fee equivalent to the shipping costs incurred by Zea uniforms for said order. Most domestic orders will be processed within 1-2 business day. Please allow 3-5 working days for shipment to reach you in metropolitan areas. Bulk orders that require branding will take longer. Please note, shipments to regional areas in all states will also take longer to be delivered.
You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped from Zea uniforms. With this number, you can follow your order from us until it arrives at its destination.
RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you love everything you order from Zea uniforms, because the products you have purchased have been designed specifically for you or have your logo printed or sewn on it, We at Zea uniforms apologize for the return or exchange. but if something isn't right you have 30 days to complain about our products from the date your order arrived to avail a return.

- Failure to comply with what is on the site or differ from the sample provided to clients of special designs.
- Color mismatch.
